Q. How long does it take to set up an account?
A. We set up your account the same business day and send you access information, so you can start uploading your files. Your site usually becomes visible on the Internet on second business day. It depends on when InterNIC updates it's database.
Q. Does Dinos Servers offer Internet access services?
A. No, Dinos Servers is not an ISP, but we have a list of ISP partners who can help you with Internet access.
Q. Does Dinos Servers allow bulk E-mail advertising?
A. No, we are strictly against any forms of unsolicitated E-mails.
Q. How can we upgrade an account?
A. Simply by filling out our online order form. All you have to enter is your domain name, password, subject "upgrade" in the special instructions field and account you're upgrading to.
Q. Can we resell space within our domain?
A. Yes, you can. There is no extra charge.
Q. What scripting languages does Dinos Servers support?
A. We support Perl 4.0 and 5.0 (the executable is located at usr/bin/perl/). We also support C, C++, Python and other Unix programming languages (however we will have to compile programs written in these languges, which may cause some delay).
